韓国、慰安婦劇場の終焉

* はじめに
韓国、慰安婦を援助する団体、挺隊協の元代表と主役であるお婆さんの対立が発生、激化してる。はじまりは、恒例の水曜集会に登場し被害をうったえてたお婆さんが、今後の出席を拒否し、その元代表を激烈に非難したこと。驚きの幕開けだったが、さらに内幕が暴露されてゆく。いわく、お婆さん、私はお金をもらってない。否、(一部を)わたした。自分たちはお婆さんのタメだけの団体でない。お婆さんの記憶はねじれてるなど。ここでお断りするが、現在、youtubeで大騒動となってるこのことだが、固有名詞、日月をあきらかにして、説明する気持がもてない。うんざりだ。だから私の記憶から大雑把に。で、以下にしるす。

* 慰安婦の施設をめぐる醜聞
慰安婦のタメの施設をもうけたが、お婆さんたちはほとんど利用してない。お婆さんたちはひどい環境で生活だが。そこはペンションのよう。若い人たちが宴会してる様子がつたえられた。団体の人々の利用がおも。さらに元代表の父親が給料をえて管理してる。購入の経緯もあやしい。市価より高額で購入し、廉価で売却した。多額の寄付をもらってるが会計があやしげ。たしか九億ウォンで一億ウォンしか申告してない。被害者のお婆さんたちも寄付してる。日本の九州の地震に際し相当額を寄付した。それは報告されるべき額なのに、記載がない。このお婆さんは水曜集会で小中学生がこ遣いから寄付してくれるのに心ぐるしいと告白した。中央政府、地方政府からもいろいろの名目で毎年、補助金をえてる。私的流用が疑われる。韓国のアイドルグループからマーク入りの上衣をもらったが、自分はもらてないとの暴露など、吹きだす暴露は書ききれない。

* 政治の争い、癒着
政治の争い、癒着があるようだ。元代表は与党系の議員に当選した。お婆さんとその背後には、自分たちや運動を利用し政界進出に成功。ねたむ気持がみえた。さらに自分の娘が米国UCLAの大学にピアノ留学したと判明。奨学金をもらってとの説明は州立で外国人を支援しないとすぐ否定された。これが韓国人の怒りに火をつけた。多額の補助金をえてるのに、会計処理があまりにずさん。役所、政治家との癒着だ。しらべればすぐわかる欠陥がでた。彼女は六月になれば議員の免責特権があたえられる。そこまでたえれば逃ぎれるというわけだ。だが今回は追いつめられた。与党もかばいきれないとの声もある。さて、ここまではいわば私の前振りである。韓国はいったいどんな国なのか。本題にはいる。

* 韓国は原始の政治で今にいたる
政治の本道は多数派工作である。目的をたっするために多数派になれば勝ち。事実、真実より多数派になれば勝ち。それでよいか。近代の政治はちがう。日本の民主主義は事実、真実にもとづき多数派をつくらねばならない。苦しい歴史をつうじて、そうまなんだ。だが、韓国はちがう。厳しい表現だが、その段階にたっしてない。反日がこの多数派の代表だ。ここにはいれば事実、真実は気にならないらしい。

このお婆さんだが、九十二歳という。本当はもっと若いとの指摘がある。元代表は蚊のなくような声で自分の友だちが慰安婦なのだがと電話してきたと、三十年前の事実を暴露した。これには、はずかしさのあまりの言葉との解説がある。つまり、やはり本人が慰安婦、としておくらしい。では元代表は彼女が真実の慰安婦だったとどのように確認したのか。生年月日、出生地、現在にいたる履歴をどのように確認したのか。これはどうでもよいのか。こんな反論がある。

* 反日があれば事実、真実をどうでもよいらしい
それは恥ずべきこと。いうをはばかること。きくのは失礼という。のみならず、その存在が証拠だ。発言そのものが証拠だ。うたがうことをゆるさない。神格化である。事実、真実はどこにいったのか。他国を非難し他人の援助を要求する。反日のもとには事実、真実はどうでもよいらしい。私は 東北大震災のときに漫才のサンドイッチマン伊達さんがあつまった寄付金を県にとどけた。その時もらした感想が「ほっ」とした、だった。普通の日本人の言葉。伊達さんを信頼して託された寄付だ。それをとどける、そこにすこしの嘘もあってならない。この信頼の重みからやっと解放されたとの気持がつたわってくる。このお婆さんや元代表はこの信頼の重みをかんじてるか。この二人のうちのどちらか、あるいは二人ともが信頼を裏切ってる。韓国の人々の怒りは現状、元代表にむかってる。だまされたという。が、本当か。事実、真実をたしかめる努力を放棄してただ反日の多数派に安住してただけでないか。

* 信頼を裏ぎるとはどれほど恐ろしことか
現代の民主主義社会は信頼が必須。それがあってこそ社会が精密機械のようにうごく。挺隊協はいろんなところから補助金をもらい、寄付ももらう。それは規則や約束をまもるとの信頼からはじまる。それにこたえねばならないとの意識が希薄だ。もらってしまえば、自分の都合でつかう。だからちょっと監査しただけでボロボロと嘘がでる。信頼を裏ぎることの恐れがおそらくない。現在は検察の捜査がおよんでる。どこまで究明できるか。与党内でも調査すべきとの声もでたが、もうだまってることにしたらしい。

* 反日の強制力はうまみの源泉
反日にはつよい強制力が常にはたらく。このしたに種々の不正が住みつく。おかしいとおもっても、大騒ぎになれば自分がこまる。だからとんでもない不正もまかりとおる。施設の購入、売却だが政治家の存在が指摘されてる。うたがうとキリがないがそこでキックバックがあるらしい。疑惑の書類の存在は役所にも不正があるのでは。反日でおおきな不正を見のがすと、そこにつけこむちいさな不正がはいりこむ。民間の寄付だが、どれほど自発的か。ちょっと変ではとおもっても、ものいえぬ雰囲気で寄付する。youtubeではもう慰安婦はおわりという声がある。安倍政権の一貫した姿勢でもう日本からお金はとれない。これ以上、無理すると国内対立の激化がこわい。ではどうするか。youtubeでは次はいわゆる徴用工という声がある。まだまだ反日で多数派ができる。その具体的目標がいわゆる徴用工というわけだ。結論である。

* 結論
韓国の政治は多数派につけばよい。事実、真実は問題でない。ただ勝ち組にはいればよいというものだ。日本の民主主義からは、おぞましい存在だ。安倍政権は慰安婦で韓国政府と合意、十億円の義務をはたした。これは日本人にとり非常におおきな安心となった。私は従来の政府をみて何か不都合な真実をかくしてるのかとおもってたが、これで安心、解決済みといえた。韓国の動きは気にならない。日本側の政治家の動きだが、国民の監視のまえで完全にだまらせた。あいまいな合意だったら今も暗躍できる余地があった。次はいわゆる徴用工だ。これも一貫した姿勢の安倍政権がいる。両国の政府、企業による基金設立という手前勝手な提案をした文議長はもう引退するようだ。まちがっても日本政治家の動きにのってはならない。おそらくこのままでゆくと慰安婦の内部崩壊と同様な動きがでるだろう。そうおもいませんか。日本の皆さん。

Bishop resigns over handling of abuse claims; 'I'm sickened by what I saw,' he says

FORT MORRIS, Texas (KFBM) - An emergency meeting of the Bishop of Fort Morrell and members of his parishioners Thursday will address accusations that former priest Edward Fulkerson drugged and sexually abused children at St. Bernard De Sales Catholic School for the deaf, the district announced.

Fulkerson resigned as the school's deacon to avoid a disciplinary hearing Tuesday. He also said he knew about the abuse for a year but didn't tell parishioners at the time.

"The situation of the past year was not handled properly. I am sickened by what I saw, what I know," Fulkerson said in a video from the meeting.

Fulkerson was ordained in 2005. He was suspended from his position as the deacon for 18 months without pay in 2012 after he was charged with molesting three boys.

Two priests who worked for Fulkerson in the diocese said they met with him before he resigned, and he told them about an ongoing investigation. Fulkerson said he has been a diocesan administrator since 1998 and was a "legendary priest" from the church. He said he worked for three administrations before the archdiocese gave him a $20,000 raise last year.

Bishop William W. Phelps said the meeting will include the diocese's legal team and members of the Texas Board of Education, among other church officials.

"We would like to ask that they not comment publicly on what they learned about Mr. Fulkerson's personal background. That will not be appropriate for this meeting," Phelps said in a written statement.

Fulkerson is seeking a settlement by paying attorneys fees, court fees and legal costs, according to attorney John Mavrouche. The diocese did not immediately respond to messages left with the archdiocese's press office.

Mavrouche said he has reviewed dozens of documents.

"The school was told of this investigation and knew about the information and provided it to them. The archdiocese has not done anything wrong. The archdiocese is not an accomplice in this criminal act," he said in a written statement.

Fulkerson's attorney, John Vetter, said he could not disclose details because of a confidentiality agreement.

"I can only tell you that the diocese has not been a party to a criminal action and has not yet been found liable as a result of the facts disclosed," he said in a written statement.

Fulkerson's lawyer would not say how much of that case is still ongoing.

Surgery for crewman after ship accident

A sailor, Michael Mckinnon, 37, is recovering at Christchurch Hospital after suffering severe burns on his right hand after a ship collision last week.

The Navy says that after completing a detailed search around Sydney Harbour the search vessel was unable to find anything, and that Mr Mckinnon's injuries were not life-threatening.

A spokesman for Navy chief commander Vice Admiral Scott McLachlan said Mr Mckinnon had undergone surgery for the burns and would remain at Christchurch Hospital with specialist help for a month.

"As soon as we are absolutely confident he's well, then we can go ahead and announce his release," he said.

"We'll be keeping him there and will be flying him out."

Mr Mckinnon was on his day off on September 20 when the Royal New Zealand Navy ship the USS Saratoga collided with the tug Britannia, causing a series of damaging injuries on board.

He had been working a four-day tour of Europe for an education company.

Mr Mckinnon and his wife had a long-distance relationship, and his wife, Melissa, who lost her eye in a crash with a train and was now blind, is also a nurse and was with him on the Saratoga.

The damage on his right hand was so intense that he could not hold his shirt together, so he had to wear hospital scrubs to help him move around.

The Saratoga is estimated to have taken about five minutes for the damage to heal after its tow line snapped in the collision, and Mr Mckinnon was unable to walk properly and couldn't stand up.

Mr Mckinnon was released from hospital by mid-afternoon.

The Saratoga is expected to arrive at Christchurch again in a few weeks, when it will finish a five-month search of Sydney Harbour.

China to slow economic growth

In Beijing, the president said that he wants to make sure China's economic growth levels are lower than they currently are.

He said he doesn't want "to have a situation where the economy can go backwards because of a lack of energy."

The president said the country's efforts to reduce pollution should help it achieve the goals set by the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal of 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) on the rise.

China, the world's second largest economy and the world's largest manufacturer, needs to reduce the amount of pollution it produces, he said.

China has committed to tackling climate change and fighting global poverty by 2025.
